Carving the sky

You know what, sweetie, being a grown-up isn't all it's cracked up to be. It has quite a lot of drawbacks, actually, including not finding the time to scratch out rainbow designs on blackened drawing paper.

I'm so with you there. Making cards with bits of cotton wool stuck on them is so much more rewarding than paying for your own health insurance.

I do make a pretty consistent effort to act like a child whenever the opportunity presents itself. I'm sure, though, that all I need to do is hang around with a bunch of 18 year olds to realise that I'm probably older than I think!

I'm hanging out with a 3-year-old this weekend, and I'm going to force him to do the crayons/paint thing. Whether he wants to or not, dammit.
I say you get home yourself paper and crayons and have a ball, then if anyone asks you're an "artist" that seems to allow you to do what you please when you please and be child like again! x
Fantastic. Love it!
